Food Handling Safety

Foodborne illnesses are no laughing matter. Food safety and proper handling of food is a key aspect of appropriate food safety measures. This course discusses sources of foodborne illnesses, good personal hygiene for food handlers, handwashing, preventing cross-contamination, and proper sanitization.
