Development: Building Skills as a Manager

This action is made for managers and is designed to build your skills and capabilities. As a manager you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will build the skills required to increase personal performance. Over the next few weeks you will focus on identifying one skill you’d like to strengthen or develop. To do this, you’ll spend some time with another person who will teach and coach you on this new skill.
