Work Life Balance: Evaluating Employees’ Work Load

This action is made for managers and is designed to create great work/life balance. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to determine if the workload is right for your employees and for the company. For each employee, you will determine if the person’s workload provides the right level of work/life balance, while at the same time significantly contributes to the company too.
