Teamwork: Encourage Team Members to Collaborate

This action is made for managers and is designed to help build teamwork. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will learn how to encourage project teams and work teams to rely on each other’s skills, knowledge, and abilities. You will meet with different project or work teams to discuss the various skills and capabilities on the team and how each person contributes to the team’s success.
