There are many workplace hazards to which our hands may be exposed, including heavy machinery, sharp tools, corrosive or irritating chemicals, and extreme heat or cold. Depending on our jobs, these hazards may be a daily threat. It is important for you to be able to recognize those dangers and understand how you can protect yourself against them.
