A leader’s role is to provide their team with the information, resources and support they need to meet organizational goals. In this course you will see how a new leader, believing he needs to dictate to his employees, builds resentment and low morale. When he learns to facilitate, to support people to do a better job, he gains their support in return. This microlearning course provides a short video clip based on a single learning outcome.
