This action is made for managers and is designed to help you increase trust and respect. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to solve for the reasons you struggle to meet commitments. You will review how well you’ve kept your commitments to others, and determine what you can do differently to strengthen your ability to meet future commitments.
